Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Louth County Hospital. Beloved husband of Maureen, loving father of Deirdre (Muckian), Lynda (Duff) and the lale Aoife and dear son of the late James and Margaret. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife, daughters, sons-in-law Greg and Damian, grandchildren Rachel, Kayla, Oisín, James and Emily, brother Seamus, sister Josie (Murphy), brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Bernard will repose at his home (Eircode A91 P963) on Thursday, July 20th, from 2pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday at 10.20am, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Louth Village, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
