Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife Lily, daughters and sons Kathleen, Julieanne, Michael, Thomas and Johnny, daughters-in-law Helen, Caroline and Brigie, sons-in-law Brendan and Michael, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother John, sister Peggy, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Predeceased this week by his grandson Martin James Collins.

Reposing in the Serenity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk (Eircode A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Saturday, December 14th from 3pm-6pm and on Sunday, December 15th from 3pm-5.30pm, with removal on Sunday at 5.40pm to St. Nicholas’ Church (Eircode A91 FK19), arriving at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, December 16th at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery (Eircode A91 F598).
